This tip applies to Word 97, 2000, 2002, and 2003
If you use comments in your documents, Word allows you to print a comment list to use as a reference. The user can do this by utilizing the Print What drop-down list in the Print dialog box. To accomplish the same task in a VBA macro, use the PrintOut method, as follows:
ActiveDocument.PrintOut Item:=wdPrintComments
