I am unable to print documents from Word or WordPad. I can print email's and from web sites. I have ran all updates, reloaded Office and tried everything I know or have been told. When I try to print it will send the document to the printing queue but as soon as it starts to print it disappears and I get a blank document. Any help is appreciated.
