This tip applies to Word 97, 2000, 2002, and 2003
If you need to move the insertion point to the end of a line under the control of a VBA macro, it is done with the EndKey method. Syntax examples are as follows:
Selection.EndKey Unit:=wdLine, Extend:=wdMove Selection.EndKey Unit:=wdLine, Extend:=wdExtend
The first line simply moves the insertion point, the second moves it and selects all the text between the current insertion point and the end of the line.

I'm using VBA with Word 2010. Starting with the insertion point at the top of the document, the code:
Selection.EndKey Unit:=wdLine, Extend:=wdMove
moved the cursor to the end of the first line AND selected that line. When I removed the Extend:=wdMove part of the code, i.e. like this:
Selection.EndKey Unit:=wdLine
The insertion point moved to the end of the line without selecting the line of text.
Thanks for publishing these tips. I've been using them a lot.

Hi Allen,
I have the following requirement:
I am taking print screen of my application and pasting it on the other word doc using macro in MS word.
But whenever I am taking screenshots , latest screenshot is getting pasted on the top and thus the the previous screenshot gets down in the doc.
Could you please help me with the piece of code which can paste the screenshot at the end of the other screenshots.
Thanks,
Himanshu
