This tip applies to Word 97, 2000, 2002, and 2003
Alberto uses bookmarks extensively in his documents. He would like to be able to print out a list of all the bookmarks in a document, along with any text that each bookmark may contain.
In other issues of WordTips there have been various macros that allow the printing of a list of bookmarks in a document. Those macros, however, fell short of actually printing the contents of the bookmarks. This macro will actually print the contents:

The key here is to print the .Range.Text property of each bookmark. Of course, if a bookmark doesn't contain a range of text (perhaps it marks a singular location in a document), then nothing will print for that particular bookmark.
There are also some third-party utilities that may be helpful in managing your bookmarks (including printing them out). One such utility is called Word uTIlities, and you can find it here:
