Collapsing and Expanding Subdocuments
Word provides an optional grammar checker that you can use to proof (double-check) your document. The grammar checker will check the text to see how it complies with a series of predefined rules that describe how prose should be worded. It also checks for spelling errors. If you are using Word 6 or Word 95, then follow these steps:
When the grammar check is complete, Word will display a dialog box indicating a full analysis of the document. When done reviewing the analysis, click on OK. If the grammar command is not available from the menu then it may not be installed.
To grammar check a selection of text, do the following:
When the grammar check of the selection is complete, Word displays a dialog box asking if you want to continue checking the entire document. Click on No to end the grammar checking.
